- Windows comes with a small text editor (Notepad) and a very limited
- word-processor (Write). They are LCD programs - Least Common
- Denominator. You can count on most Windows installs having them, so
- if you send out a Windows app you can provide notes based on one
- of these being present. Otherwise, they are nothing to squawk about.
