- i think OS/2 is configured so that whenever the process that is run
- as WPSHELL (may have the wrong name here) from CONFIG.SYS terminates
- then it is restarted. The shutdown option in WPS is a special case
- which bypasses the restart.

- This is why if you run CMD.EXE as the WPSHELL to reduce the overhead
- caused by WPS then when you EXIT from it the CMD shell restarts
- rather than the intuitive behaviour of shutting down OS/2!
