- I called IBM about this one and apparently there is an APAR (fix)
- scheduled because the multi-threaded nature of the file manager can
- sometimes make it steal too many resources. I had the problem where
- that error appeared about 200 times - then my system would die.

- Actually, die is a misleading term. The mouse pointer would move,
- I just couldn't do anything - not even a shutdown.

- IBM support but me on a list of "interested parties". The support
- rep said many people have downloaded the massive ICON pack from
- compuserve and elsewhere. They then dump all of the icons in a
- directory and kill their system when they try to view them.
