  10. Recently I attempted to run W4W 2.0 in a seamless Win/OS2 windowed session.
  11. During the load of W4W (an sometimes during the usage of W4W) I get a
  12. dialog box from the Workplace Shell informing me that there is not enough
  13. memory, followed by several beeps (hence, the dialog box covers itself with
  14. an identical dialog box.)

  16.   Sometimes this problem persists to the point where my system locks
  17. completely.

  19. My system:  CompuAdd 386DX 20MHz w/AMI Bios R6
  20.             8MB RAM
  21.             DISKCACHE 256,32,AC:D    <== D: is 124MB HPFS Partition.

  23. Kernal Fix installed.

  25. Possibly related comm problems:

  27. Procomm Plus:  Drops characters when downloading in background, causes
  28. several CRC corrections with Z-Modem.
  29.  
  30. Note:  The W4W problem is especially prevelant when it is that first app.
  31. loaded after a boot.
