  12. Hello all!

  14. I am helping a friend installing OS/2 v.2.0 on his system which
  15. consists of a no-name 386DX/33Mhz/ISA installed with Plus Impulse AT
  16. drives (the 80 mg model) and have been encountering formatting errors
  17. (in the OS/2 installation process.)  A call to Plus Development (now
  18. Quantum, I guess) did not turn up to many helpful info.  (The local
  19. elders decided that we shouldn't have access to 900 #'s so it's
  20. impossible to dial the tech support line directly from our dorm
  21. phones.  As a result we had to go through the regular number and they
  22. were not as responsive.)  From what I can gather from them and the
  23. posts in this group, am I right to conclude that this particular model
  24. can't be used as a primary drive for OS/2 using either HPFS or FAT?
  25. Can it be used as a secondary drive?  If yes, what would be an ideal
  26. setup?
