  10. Hey All.

  12. I have been using OS/2 2.0 very successfully for over six months
  13. now.  I recently convinced a friend to switch from DOS to OS/2,
  14. but he wanted to make sure that it installed on his system
  15. before he bought it.  So I let him try my copy.

  17. He has a no-name 386sx with 6 meg, 120 IDE HD, and a Paradise
  18. 8 bit VGA card.  I am not sure on any other details.

  20. When he tries to install, he makes it past the point where you
  21. have to reboot and it becomes graphical.  He gets the mouse
  22. pointer, then it changes to a clock.  Then it sits there with
  23. the HD active for hours (he has actually let it sit for hours).

  25. Can anyone help?  BTW, I have read the FAQ.
