- Hey All.
-
- I have been using OS/2 2.0 very successfully for over six months
- now. I recently convinced a friend to switch from DOS to OS/2,
- but he wanted to make sure that it installed on his system
- before he bought it. So I let him try my copy.
-
- He has a no-name 386sx with 6 meg, 120 IDE HD, and a Paradise
- 8 bit VGA card. I am not sure on any other details.
-
- When he tries to install, he makes it past the point where you
- have to reboot and it becomes graphical. He gets the mouse
- pointer, then it changes to a clock. Then it sits there with
- the HD active for hours (he has actually let it sit for hours).
-
- Can anyone help? BTW, I have read the FAQ.
-
- Ken.
