  21. Going on net rumors, I believe the probability is very high.
  22. Besides, IBM has its own ftp site.  I don't think that IBM
  23. would have its own ftp site, but not include something as
  24. important as the CSD.  However, please note that I'm not a
  25. spokesmodel for IBM.

  27. [ BTW, for those that don't know by now, IBM's ftp site is
  28. called software.watson.ibm.com (129.34.139.5); look in
  29. directory /pub/os2 for patches. ]
