- Hello there.
-
- I was using OS/2 fine until one day, an icon blacked out, and subsequently
- disappeared. Knowing there was a patch for this, I applied it. Now, tho,
- the WPS refuses to load. After the watch mouse cursor, nothing happens,
- even though C-Esc will bring up an empty task list. Booting from floppies
- and changing RUNWORKPLACE setting from PMSHELL.EXE to 4OS2.EXE and rebooting
- will give a command line window. What's up? Somebody please tell me how
- to get WPS working again - I do not want to reinstall again. My system:
- 386/25 w/ 8MB, 86MB Seagate IDE, Cardinal VGA700 (ET4000 based - has current
- VSVGA patches) using Orchid's .95 1024x768x16 driver.
- Thanks in advance.
