- Thanks for the mail I got from several people on how to make MathCAD 3.1
- work under Win-OS2. For anyone else trying the same, the basic trick is
- to set the DOS_DPMI_LIMIT field to a huge number. I got suggestions
- ranging from 63K to 207K! BTW, 63K worked fine for me. Anyone know WHY
- this silly trick works? It this a screwup by IBM or by MathSoft?
-
- On another but related note: MathCAD doesn't seem to be able to find
- all the fonts available on the system. In particular, it seems unable
- to locate the Symbol font. That particular font comes in handy for
- unimportant characters, like PI for instance. Any clues?
