  12. I am attempting to install os2 on a 386dx with 8 meg RAM 40 meg free
  13. on the harddisk.  
  14.  
  15. 1st I tried installing just os/2, got to the point where it says 
  16. something about time to configure the system, and INSTALL.EXE died
  17. with an error number 3176.
  18.  
  19. 2nd I tried to install with the boot manager (at least the dos half 
  20. would be working).  Got to Disk #7 and it died with the following:

  30. Can anybody tell me why? What to do?  etc.
