- You don't format with FDISK. FDISK is used only for re-partitioning
- and/or installing Boot Manager (which is, in effect, re-partitioning
- the drive).

- If you already have a drive available (say, D:), you format it to HPFS
- with the FORMAT command. Just tack on the "/FS:HPFS" parameter. This
- will only work if the HPFS driver is installed. For more details, see
