- This is a solved problem which I'm only reporting for the benefit of anyone
- else who has similiar problems (Or IBM if they're interested).
-
- Until recently I had a .BAT file which was launched from an icon in a WPS folder.
-
- When I recompiled one of the programs in the file as an OS/2 native program
- I copied the .BAT file to a .CMD file & changed the icon to point to the .CMD.
-
- While running the file, I noticed some strange results, and eventually discovered
- that there was no PATH. Further investigation revealed that there were no
- environment variables from CONFIG.SYS, and the DOS settings from the icon's
- previous existance were the only environment present.
-
- Deleting the icon & recreating cured the problem.
