- Has anyone gotten MathCAD v 3.1 to run under OS/2 2.0? The README file
- for OS/2 mentions MathCAD 3.0, and their hint works to get the thing
- installed. Running it is another matter.
-
- No matter what I try, I get a dialog box telling me that there isn't enough
- memory available, and that I should shut down some Windows Apps and try again.
- It doesn't seem to matter if I run it from the Workplace, or a separate
- Win-OS/2 session.
-
- At one point, I actually did get it running. However, it was far from
- stable. If I deleted some (un-related) files from my disk, it stopped
- running. Put the files back, and it starts to work. I assume that this
- might have something to do with the amount of disk space available for the
- swap file. Unfortunatly, now that doesn't even work.
-
- Anyone know what magic incantations I need to use to get this thing to
- run? In case it matters, I'm running on a PS/2 Mod 80 with 12Meg memory
- and a 70Meg ESDI hard disk.
