  20. I'm addressing this question specifically because it comes up quite
  21. often.  Probably yes to the second half of your question.  To the
  22. first half, there are at least a few options.  Sytos Plus for OS/2,
  23. Stirling Intelligent Backup, and OBackup (shareware, soon to be
  24. available via anonymous ftp from ftp-os2.nmsu.edu) all do floppy
  25. backup with HPFS, EAs, etc.
