- I see. We can equate the opinion of a cloumnist who is paid to speculate
- with the official announcements of Microsoft about a professional product,
- according to your logic. At least your bias has been clear, now as in the
- past, but try to keep closer to the sane side of the road.

- I agree Zachmann has been stridently pushing OS/2, and I don't listen to
- anything any columnist says without a great deal of scepticism, but I
- keep hoping that announcements about software from companies hold a little
- more credibility. And going by *official* announced dates, IBM seems to
- me to have a more credible record than Microsoft.

- There seems to have been an about face by MS here - in InfoWorld they now
- seem to acknowledge the existence of undoc'd calls, but are trying to play
- down their importance, denying any benefit to MS apps. Previously they
- claimed no undoc'd calls existed. Hopefully the picture will become clear
- soon. In any case, it is not hot air, and if it is true, then I don't think
- it qualifies as sour grapes either.
