  23. I see. We can equate the opinion of a cloumnist who is paid to speculate
  24. with the official announcements of Microsoft about a professional product,
  25. according to your logic. At least your bias has been clear, now as in the
  26. past, but try to keep closer to the sane side of the road.

  28. I agree Zachmann has been stridently pushing OS/2, and I don't listen to
  29. anything any columnist says without a great deal of scepticism, but I
  30. keep hoping that announcements about software from companies hold a little
  31. more credibility. And going by *official* announced dates, IBM seems to
  32. me to have a more credible record than Microsoft.

  38. There seems to have been an about face by MS here - in InfoWorld they now
  39. seem to acknowledge the existence of undoc'd calls, but are trying to play
  40. down their importance, denying any benefit to MS apps. Previously they 
  41. claimed no undoc'd calls existed. Hopefully the picture will become clear 
  42. soon. In any case, it is not hot air, and if it is true, then I don't think
  43. it qualifies as sour grapes either.
