  18. OS/2 is a super-complex piece of software.  That it takes time to get
  19. it right it no surprise to anyone who understands this.  For my money,
  20. I would wait an extra month or three to get a solid product, than
  21. something sooner that takes more upgrades later.

  23. How many of these frustrated individuals are salepeople, as opposed to
  24. the techie sort?  Sales people have run places like IBM for far, far
  25. too long; they have no idea of how to generate realistic completion
  26. dates or schedules, and do more harm to any corporation's credibility
  27. than all other factors taken together!
