  13. I have a problem with my newly configured OS/2 system -- every time
  14. I start it it will load about 1/2 of the desktop and then it will 
  15. access the a: drive for about a minute or so before continuing.
  16. If I open up the prompts window it has the "boot dos from a:" highlighted
  17. but it is not in the startup folder and I tried doing a "refresh"
  18. before a shutdown.

  20. Any reason why?  Performance has never been the same since I unzipped
  21. those 2000 icons in a dos window ... (on a different partition than
  22. the os/2 system files).
