- Looking through Sept 14th's PC Week, there is an article on IBM selling
- Sytos Plus File Backup Manager 1.35 for OS/2 V2.0. The software is
- to support HPFS, extended attributes, and long file names. Also, it is
- a true 32bit programs at the LOW price of $45. "Registered users of
- OS/2 2.0 can upgrade for $45 from IBM."
-
- My question is what tape drives will it support?? My understanding is
- it supports QIC-40 and QIC-80 plus SCSI drives. Since I haven't
- purchased a tape drive yet, I want to know for sure that it will work.
- Also, when will IBM know anything about the program and where can I
- order it at that price?
-
- This seems to be the program that everyone is waiting for. I hope IBM
- is ready for another mad rush.
