  11. In looking for a vt200 emulator for OS/2 (a feature which TE/2 should add), I
  12. came across pmqvt.  Could someone please explain what I am doing wrong with
  13. this program.  The program works fine (I guess), but there are several
  14. quirks which I do not understand.  For example I cannot create a program
  15. object for this program.  The first time I tried to create one, although
  16. OS/2 recognized it as an executable it did not recognize it as a PM program.
  17. Now OS/2 does not even recognize it as a program.  This leads to my next
  18. problem:  I cannot open a settings notebook on any of the files that came
  19. in the pmqvt archive.  In fact I cannot even get a menu from any of these
  20. files.  I don't have this problem with any other objects or files, so
  21. does anyone know what is going on here?
