- My understanding is that in DOS, increasing the env. size will not
- help in the path length. I've increased the env. size years ago, but
- whenever my path reaches a certain length (about 1 1/2 lines on
- screen), it gets cut off. Not only that, if Novell adds to the path
- (it usually does), things are okay, but if you have a batch file that
- includes the following:
- path>pathfile.bat
- the path will also gets chopped.
