  16. That doesn't appear to be strictly correct.

  18. Rumor has it that it requires the OLE DLLs, which are supplied with
  19. more OLE aware applications (although not Powerpoint 3.0, it seems).
  20. Those DLLs can be copied from any Windows 3.1 installation (installing
  21. any other OLE aware application should do the trick, too).  PP 3.0 may
  22. also require the 3.1 help engine, which is also available for Win-OS/2
  23. (at the Windows ftp sites).
