  17. I had the same problem, I could not do ANYTHING else while downloading.

  19. The new COMMPAK.DLL 1.01 solved the problem. Downloading is flawless.

  21. I got the file from ftp-os2.nmsu.edu in the /pub/downloads directory,
  22. but that was a while ago, it might have been moved to a more
  23. appropriate directory.
