- Yes, but you have to have OS/2-J, a DBCS display adapter, and DBCS keyboard.
- (DBCS=Double Byte Character Set). Japanese has far too many characters to
- display in 8 bits per character.

- The OS/2 System Editor fully supports all of IBM's NLS languages. These
- include DBCS Languages and Bi-Directional languages (such as Hebrew).

- PM even supports mixed modes where your application runs in one codepage while
- text you are displaying appears in another. For example: Editing Japanese text
- in an editor with English menus and dialogs.
