  13. That's all well and good, (I'll remember that when I have trouble with 
  14. one of the dual boot machines...the one I've had the most trouble with
  15. is set up boot manager style), but you still have to reinstall OS/2,
  16. which I consider all but unacceptable.  Why should a system forget
  17. what it is and how boot itself for no apparent reason?

  19. For the record, IBM tech support has offered direct assistance from 
  20. one of its groups, something I plan to take them up on.
