  19. The DOS window must be full-screen *before* starting the application. 
  20. Don't know if this is generally the case but that's how it works with the
  21. three mouse-aware DOS apps that I use under Windows 3.1 (WP 5.1,
  22. DrawPerfect 1.1, and Lotus 123 2.2).  Your mileage may vary.
