  10. I just purchased a new PC in hopes of using pre-beta NT.  The system came
  11. with a local-bus SCSI controller that is suppose to be register compatible
  12. with an Adaptec Controller.  Unfortunately, I didn't realize it was compatible
  13. with the 1522.  The 1522 does not show up on the NT HW support list.

  15. Does anybody know how the 1522 is different than the 1542b?  Can I make this
  16. card work, or should I return it and get a real "yet slower" Adaptec 1542b
  17. card?
