  14. There's been a lot of traffic recently with people asking why
  15. Compu$erve is Microsoft's primary carrier for NT developer support when
  16. Internet is cheaper, easier to get at, etc, etc.

  18. Since anyone on the Internet can mail CI$ user id xxxxx,yyy by sending
  19. to "xxxxx.yyy@compuserve.com", is there a Microsoft user id that us
  20. Internetters can send our questions to and receive a reply from?

  22. That would save us the hassle of subscribing the CI$, joining the forum
  23. and all that junk, while still allowing Microsoft to use all their
  24. CI$-based support systems.
