  22. Have you used the SETUP program of the SDK for the MSTOOLS? It is not described
  23. in the instructions to use it when doing the install with dos2nt. I used
  24. dos2nt and had to use the SETUP.BAT in MSTOOLS because it sets several
  25. environment variables. After doing this, it works.
