- I think that you misunderstood Martin's question. Right now under NT if you are
- at the login screen, that means that no one is logged in and therefore
- there is nothing going on. At least I don't see anyway to log out while
- keeping processes going. This being the case, a person is kind of in
- limbo, not being able to login and not being able to shutdown.
