  16. No, the Windows for Pen extensions are not supported on the first release
  17. of Windows NT. We think that the Pen-based market will favour the features
  18. of rom-based ms-dos & windows 3.1 and other "portable" features over
  19. those of Windows NT in the short term, and have decided to expend our
  20. finite resources on further developping other features for Windows NT
  21. in this first release.
