- Windows already has a satisfactory way to view documents on-line without
- requiring a WP like Word for Windows: .hlp files.

- I use .hlp files all the time for documentation on the Windows API. It's
- better than paper. Why not provide all on-line documentation as .hlp files,
- which is a *standard*.

- A big disappointment with the MS Win NT CD ROM is that all the docs are in
- PostScript form - too expensive to print out even if one owns the PS printer -
- and no keyword searches, etc etc.

- So take advantage of Windows, use the built-in tools and provide on-line
- help in its most useful format!
