  11. I am considering getting Turbo C++ for Windows.  What is the net.opinion of
  12. this product?  Should I shell out the extra bucks (which I probably can't
  13. afford) to get MS C/C++ 7.0 or Borland C++?  Since Turbo C++ is about 1/3
  14. of the cost of Borland C++, what is missing?  Do I need it?  Thanks for any
  15. information.  Post or email, I will summarize if asked.
