  15. I'm asking this on behalf of a friend and since I am a mac programmer
  16. and not a Window developer, I apologize if the following is
  17. unnecessarily obscure. Does Windows have the equivalent of Resedit which
  18. is a general purpose resource editor on the mac? For instance it can edit icons
  19. sounds, dialog boxes and other mac resource types.
