  11. There are two MS C/C++ product offerings. The first is the upgrade/
  12. competitive upgrade which is priced at  $139. This includes full SDK
  13. software, but only 3 of the 13 SDK manuals. The second product is the
  14. full MS C/C++ product, at $499. This contains all 13 SDK manuals.
