  11. A couple of mail-order houses are bundling Rogue Wave's Tools.h++ package
  12. with C++ development systems (Programmer's Paradise with Borland C++; 
  13. Programmer's Shop with Microsoft C++).  Tools.h++ adds about $100 to the price 
  14. of each bundle.  Any opinions?  Anything good or bad to say about either of 
  15. these two dealers?
