- MSC 7 in the UK certainly comes with *all* the manuals (at pds200)

- You are correct. It is less hastle and sometimes cheaper to buy a new copy
- than upgrade. In the UK it cost pds99 for the Upgrade plus pds99 for the
- SDK books 99+99 is very near 200 :-)

- My complaint to MS was met with sympathy, but no real reason for charging
- the same price for upgrades as new.
