- You may have a version problem...

- Are you using Windows 3.1 and an oldish Borland package (i.e. pre the
- release of BC++ 3.1) If so you need an updated WINDEBUG.DLL as the library
- for Windows 3.0 is not accepted by Windows 3.1

- AFAIK This updated DLL is available free from Borland.
