  12. Hello netters,

  14. I am currently looking for a good software development environment for
  15. developing Windows software. What I have in mind right now is C/C++,
  16. Borland's Object Vision, Actor, Smalltalk, Visual Basic, any others?
  17. I prefer a package with high level tools (than C) and object oriented
  18. but is capable of generating C or C++ source. A summary of each environment's
  19. capabilities, good and bad, would be appreciated.
  20. Would anyone like to give me pointer on this? e-mail or post are welcome.
