  12. Has anyone noticed a problem with executing the program from the book,
  13. Programming Windows, 3d. ed., by Charles Petzold, PICKFONT.EXE.  I entered
  14. this program, compiled successfully, but get a general protection fault
  15. at runtime.  The window is not even opened!  Has this happened to anyone
  16. else?
