  28. Remember Borland is in the Compiler business not Windows development support.
  29. If you call their tech support lines they will tell you this. Your best be for
  30. Windows programming questions - not compiler or tool problems - are areas like
  31. this and Compuserve. CI$ provides more access to more programmers and vendors
  32. than you could imagine. It has proven both valuable and cost effective for
  33. me.
