- Remember Borland is in the Compiler business not Windows development support.
- If you call their tech support lines they will tell you this. Your best be for
- Windows programming questions - not compiler or tool problems - are areas like
- this and Compuserve. CI$ provides more access to more programmers and vendors
- than you could imagine. It has proven both valuable and cost effective for
- me.
