  20. The only publicly announced address is customer-support@borland.com, which
  21. is not, repeat IS NOT, technical support.  For tech support you can either
  22. try chard@ (he wrote some manuals for one or more of the Borland
  23. programming products), otherwise you must go off the Internet and ask for
  24. help on CompuServe (xxxxx.yyyy@compuserve.com).
