  10. I am looking for some possibility to translate Win - Helpfiles
  11. BACK in the native .RTF - Format.
  12. I need this, because Borland Germany distributes BC++3.1 ONLY
  13. (and they won't change this) with Win3.0 Help, so that I need
  14. to leaf through a 700p - 'booklet' to find anything about Win 3.1

  16. Now I've got Win31 SDK, of course THERE is Win 3.1 Help, but BCW
  17. insist on using it's own ...
