- Due to all the request for any replies I received as far as fixing the equation
- editor in W4W 2.0 I will post the solution to my problem:
- When upgrading Win v3.0 to 3.1 , 3.1 doesn't update the printer driver for
- the Deskjet 500 (it may not update any of them, but this is only one I have
- any experience with) It is a very subtle point in the problem. What I was told
- to do (and did) was to install a new printer in the control panel, and install
- the new Deskjet 500 driver that came with Win 3.1, and install it as the
- Default printer. From there on reinstall the equation editor. This solved my
- problem, and added the capability of True Type Fonts for W4W 2.0. It really
- was a pretty simple process that only took about 15-20 minutes to complete
- once I knew what I had to do. I hope this helps.
- Many thanks go out to all those who mailed me solutions to my problem I
- really apreciated it.
