  28. I have written a keyboard remapping utility that allows the Windows
  29. terminal program to perform VT100 keypad editing, usings NumLock, /,
  30. *, and - as PF1-PF4, among other things.  I posted vt100.zip at
  31. ftp.cica.indiana.edu in /pub/pc/win3/uploads as shareware for $10.
  32. You can e-mail me your comments about any problems or suggestions
  33. for improvements.  I have not tested it with any other communications
  34. programs, but if they behave like the terminal program they should
  35. work with my program.
