  12. I believe that one of the reasons why users want application bar is to have
  13. instant access to a Windows task and be aware what else is running in Windows.
  14. It's difficult to quickly switch to another task given the utilities in Windows.

  16. TITS provides fast task switching and awareness of the Windows computing
  17. environment.  I have just uploaded TITS(shareware) to ftp.cica.indiana.edu under
  18. /pub/pc/win3/uploads dir.  Try it and I think you will like it.
