- I use File Manager as my primary shell in Windows 3.1 (i.e. I have the
- line "SHELL=WINFILE.EXE" in my SYSTEM.INI file). Every time Windows
- starts up, File Manager appears as an icon. I then have to double-click
- it to bring it up to a window. When I exit Windows, it's in a window.
- However, the next time I start up Windows, File Manager is back to Icon
- form. I do have the "Save Settings on Exit" toggle under the "Options"
- menu toggled on, so that's not the problem. Any idea how to correct
- this?
-
- Thanks in advance...
