  17.     What will cause the error message above ?
  18.     When I upgraded WIN 3.0 to WIN 3.1 it worked fine, but then
  19.     I formatted my HD and installed WIN 3.1 again, and 
  20.     now it crashes 50 times a day.

  22.     Should I install 3.0 first and then upgrade it again to 3.1 ?
