- I am having a problem with Windows 3.1 Paintbrush. I would like to move
- images but can't seem to do it. I use pick to select cut areas. I know this
- is working because if I select cut from the edit menu, the selected area is cut.
- Windows documentation says that to move cut areas in the same file, move the
- cursor into the cut area, hold down control and drag with either the left or
- right mouse button. When I try this with the left mouse button, rather than
- dragging the image, windows just defines a new cut area. If I do it with the
- right mouse button, nothing happens. I have also tried to move a cut area
- using "cut" and "paste". However, "paste" always puts the cut area in the upper
- left corner.
-
- I am sure I must be overlooking something obvious. Can anyone tell me what I
- am doing wrong? Thanks for your help.
