  29. Every computer program has bugs.  It is a question of whether or not the
  30. bugs are ones you can work around or ones that paralyze you.  Alas, I
  31. have found one bug in Corel that is very intermittent.  That is a far
  32. cry from describing it as "buggy as hell"!  Corel Draw 3.0 is a massive
  33. and very powerful program released on the heels of Windows 3.1.  When
  34. you have a new release operating under a new operating system, you are
  35. bound to have incompatabilities and problems.  The same thing happened
  36. when PC Tools 7.0 was release concurrently with DOS 5.0.  That was *far*
  37. worse since major portions of the program wouldn't run correctly.  It
  38. will be interesting, however, to see how Corel addresses the maintenance
  39. release situation with its CD-ROM users...
