  13. I've disabled the file pull down menu in the program manager by
  14. modifying progman.ini so novices can't mess the desktop. However, I do
  15. want a few selected users to be able to escape to the DOS command
  16. prompt.

  18. How can I add password protection to the MS-DOS icon, or any icon for
  19. that matter?
